Anu Gupta
The Transition Partnership Program (TPP) is a cooperative program between the Santa Clara Unified School District and the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR). The program assists eligible SCUSD students with their transition from school to work.
TPP Services are divided into two groups: DOR Student Services (PE) and Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VR)
