Dear SCUSD Families, 

Please read below for meal pick up changes and updates beginning August 17 and the start of 2020-2021 school year: 

● Meal pick up will be on MONDAYS for five days of breakfast and lunch 

● Meal pick up times will be 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

● There will also be meal pick up by preorder at select bus stops and Hughes Elementary. 

● Meals will ONLY be for enrolled students of Santa Clara Unified School District 

● Meals will be charged in the same manner as in-school meals would be for students (free, reduced, or paid) 

● If a student is not qualified for free or reduced meals you will be charged for meals 

● Pick up meals for any SCUSD students at any open location that is convenient for you. You cannot pick up meals at more than one location per day. Visit https://www.scusdnutrition.net/ for open locations, hours, and updates 

Every Monday starting August 17 7:00am - 9:00am and 11:00am to 1:00pm Locations: Mayne Elementary, Don Callejon School, Scott Lane Elementary, Cabrillo Middle School, Buchser Middle School, Peterson Middle School, Wilcox High School Note: Check the website (https://www.scusdnutrition.net/) for new or closed locations 

Weekly Meal Prices 

● Students who qualify for free or reduced priced meals pay $0.00 

● Students who qualify for full priced meals pay $31.25 

Go to https://www.schoolcafe.com/ to apply for free and reduced meals, make payments, check your student’s account balance and set up low balance reminders

2020-2021 Meal Information and Application

A new meal application must be completed every year to apply for or maintain free/reduced status.

Applications for free or reduced-price meals can be found online at www.schoolcafe.com.

Student/s will accrue charges until they are approved.

CAFETERIA PAYMENTS 

Payments can be made to your child's account through School Cafe or by cash or check at either station in the cafeteria, at the pizza kiosk or in the snack bar. Students may opt for purchasing pizza in the kiosk behind the library, they may pick up some grab and go items at the snack bar located to the left of the cafeteria, or they they may opt to pick up lunch in the cafeteria.
