Replacement Diploma Request

Please fill out the diploma request form and mail to:

There is a $26.00 fee for duplication of diplomas due upon request. Please make your check or money order payable to Wilcox High School. It takes approximately 6-8 weeks for processing.
 

Graduation eligibility will be verified through the official transcript and school records prior to the issuance of a diploma.
