Problems with School Loop?

From time to time parents have reported that the daily School Loop emails about their child's grades appear to have stopped. An inquiry with School Loop suggests the problem may be with a spam filter. Please check your spam/junk mail folder to see if School Loop messages are being caught by the filter. In response, support staff at School Loop suggests that users whitelist system@schoolloop.com.

 

Sometimes emails stop when a parent changes email addresses. If you have recently changed your email address, please be sure to update that information in your School Loop account.
