Featuring: Dr. Linsey Utzinger, MD

Dr. Linsey Utzinger is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department at Stanford University School of Medicine.  She specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents with eating disorders.    

Description:  This is intended to be a candid conversation with parents, teachers, and community members about perfectionism and anxiety in teenagers.  We will learn to identify adaptive versus maladaptive behaviors and discuss when to seek professional help.  We will also discuss how we can help our teenagers to effectively manage their emotions.
