(This event is sponsored by Wilcox PTSA and is not a school or District-sponsored activity. Participation in the activity by any District employee is on the employee’s own time and not as a representative of the Santa Clara Unified School District. The Santa Clara Unified School District is not liable for events occurring as a result of this activity.)
Dear Families of the Class of 2013,
Grad Night is an all-night Safe and Sober party for the graduating Seniors of Wilcox High School. Each year, the Grad Night Committee strives to put on a fun event that simply becomes known as THE place to be on Graduation Night. City Beach in Santa Clara (2911 Mead Ave.) will be the site for Grad Night 2013. City Beach offers a safe environment for our graduates in an event filled with fun, food, music. The most important objective is to provide the safest celebration alternative available on what is arguably the most vulnerable night of your child’s life.
Grad Night 2013 will begin with the students checking in at Wilcox at 10:00 pm on Thursday evening, June 6th. Students will be transported to City Beach by school bus. Students must be picked up at City Beach at 5:00 am Friday morning June 7th. Please note that the ticket price includes all activities at City Beach, transportation, commemorative clothing and mug, food and drinks all evening.
Schedule for evening:
Check in at Wilcox: 10:00 pm
Entertainment 10:30 – 11:30 pm
Transportation to City Beach 11:30 – 12:00 am
City Beach activities 12:00 – 5:00 am
Parent pick up at City Beach 5:00 am
Price: $85.00 (Available January 14, 2013 through May 24, 2013) NO REFUNDS
To register for Grad Night 2013, complete the attached ticket order form, required City Beach and PTA waivers, and return the three forms with your payment. Please make checks payable to Wilcox PTSA and write "Grad Night" in the check comment section. Registrations may be dropped off at the Wilcox main office, ASB Office or mailed to:
