Join Wilcox Parent Yahoo Group

For parents whose students are coming to Wilcox, I encourage you to join the Wilcox Parents Yahoo Group. Members range from veteran parents whose children have long graduated, to first-time freshman parents. Ask questions about specific experiences, how to get your kids settled into high school, how to get through the stressful college application process, or anything else. Also, receive and share information about events and schedule changes.  The Wilcox PTSA uses this group to share volunteer opportunities as well.

To join, email: Wilcox_parents-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

and please include your student's name/grade in the email.  If you have any questions, please email Colleen Yamada at cryamada@yahoo.com

Note, you do NOT have to join the PTSA to join the Yahoo Group.  The Yahoo Group is NOT sponsored by the PTSA or Wilcox High School.  It is strictly a parent-run forum.

Welcome to the Wilcox PTSA

Attention Wilcox Senior Parents!

The end of the year is almost here and we're planning a "Senior Send-Off" party on Saturday nite, June 2nd, for our graduating seniors.  It's one last get together  before their final farewell.  The nite will be filled with music,  dancing, casino and inflatable games, magic, a real hypnotist show, chocolate fountain, food, and more!    Each student will receive a pair of Wilcox pajama pants that they can wear to the party!

Senior Send-Off will be on Saturday, June 2nd from 9pm-1am at Wilcox High School.  (Doors open at 8:45pm and close at 9:15pm - no in/out privileges )

The cost is $20/student.  Financial Assistance is available.

Reservations can be made online with either a credit card or PayPal account at http://Wilcox.schoolloop.com/wilcoxsendoff

OR complete the form and return it with your payment to the “Senior Send-off” collection box in the ASB office.  Reservations are non-refundable.

Deadline is May 1st, 2018.

We need Volunteers and Food and Prize Donations.   Sign-ups link coming this weekend.   If you a non-senior parent, consider volunteering for the event.

If you have unused, new gift cards you want to donate, here's your chance or if you have a company with cool gadget giveaways, let us know!

Got questions? email: wilcoxsendoff@gmail.com

Senior-Send-Off is in lieu of Grad Nite and is a Wilcox PTSA sponsored event.  It is not a Wilcox High School/Santa Clara Unified School District sponsored event.

Dear Charger Families,

The Senior Send Off will be held on June 2nd.  You can lend your support in two ways!

1.) Volunteer to help the night of the event.  There are a variety of jobs to sign up for, from picking up food to chaperoning the event. Parents of any age student are welcome to help; however, we can only accept adult volunteers (no students). Sign up here!

2.) Donate gift cards (from $5-100 in value from a variety of vendors) or electronic gadgets (tablets, smart phones, smart watches, cameras, etc.)  Perhaps you work for a company that would be willing to donate something? Donate here!

Thank you in advance for supporting this safe and sober celebration for our graduating seniors!
