Santa Clara Unified Council of PTA's Scholarships

Twelve (12) scholarships will be awarded; annual awards determined by fund raising income. In 2013, the awards will be $300 each

Oz Foundation Scholarship due date June 1 2013

Oz Scholarship Foundation 2013 - 2014

Oz Foundation is a family organization that has funded the college education of students from low-income backgrounds. The ideal condidate is someone who is presently attending high school or college and has demonstrated that he or she is capable of college/university work but does not have the financial resources to attend college. If accepted, recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA and comoplete at least 12 units each quarter/semester while attending college to reamin eligible. After you ahve bee accepted to an accredited four year college/university, have applied for financial aid, and received the response to your request for financial aid, please fill out this application and mail it not later than June 1, 2013
