The PEO organization looks for well-rounded female students who are achievers and have the desire to attend college and obtain a baccalaureate degree.  The organization will provide a one-time scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 for tuition, fees or books required toward undergraduate study.

Applications for this scholarship are evaluated based on academic achievement, financial need, recommendations, activities and jobs. 

Recipient must have been accepted to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of studenty at an accredited California college or university.

The scholarship is for tuition, fees, or books only.

Fully completed applications must be mailed to the Scholarship Committee and postmarked no later than Friday, April 27, 2012.

Applicants are responsible for seeing that those persons writing the letters of recommendation mail the letters to the Scholarship Committe by april 27, 2012.

This scholarship is non-renewable.

A completed Application form including your Essay, Two letters of Recommendation and a Signed Affirmation Statement must be postmarked by Friday, April 27 2012 and sent to:
