Eligibility Check List:
- Graduating high school senior
- Resident of Silicon Valley
- Official sealed transcript
- Completed application
- Signed application
- Two sealed letters of recommendation
- Completed 300 - 400 word essay
- Optional; additional description of honors, sports, activities, etc.
- Application must be paostmarked by: April 15, 2012
- Must attend interview (if chosen as finalist)
- Awardees attend 6-3-2012 scholarship presentation ceremony
- full-time students fall 2012
- Provide proof of enrollment by : 10-1-2-12
