Eligibility Check List:

  • Graduating high school senior
  • Resident of Silicon Valley
  • Official sealed transcript
  • Completed application
  • Signed application
  • Two sealed letters of recommendation
  • Completed 300 - 400 word essay
  • Optional; additional description of honors, sports, activities, etc.
  • Application must be paostmarked by:  April 15, 2012
  • Must attend interview (if chosen as finalist)
  • Awardees attend 6-3-2012 scholarship presentation ceremony
  • full-time students fall 2012
  • Provide proof of enrollment by : 10-1-2-12
